Conditions of sale

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
Payment is by credit card via secure link (for your security we do not require a credit card as guarantee), or by bank transfer.

Pet Policy

At Il Filo Rosso we consider the furry ones as real family members, so your four-legged companions are welcome. We ask that you observe a few guidelines, for everyone’s well-being:

We accept dogs of any size. However, because we have already our Asia on the property, your furry friend must be well behaved and trained. Most important, the dog is not to be unattended in the room for any length of time. We are happy to accommodate your needs as there is plenty of outdoor space.

Furthermore, your dog can keep you company in any area of the B&B, even during breakfast, as long as they do not disturb other guests and are always under your supervision. In particular, be careful when the gates are open, either to the street or to the fields.

We ask for a surcharge of € 15.00 for sanitising the room at the end of your stay. Should we find any damage caused by your dog’s actions to furniture and/or fabrics and linen, we will be obliged to charge you for repairs/replacements.
